Stocking Updates & Pre-orders
For stocking announcements and other information, sign up for our newsletter & follow sloomb on facebook & twitter.  Pre-orders have estimated ship dates noted on the product page.  We do everything we can to ship items as close to the estimated ship date as possible, but there are sometimes delays. On the other hand, your order may ship before the date noted if we happen to have your items instock.  If you have questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Discount Codes

We offer promos regularly. If you have another code please feel free to use it separately on another purchase. We do not double up or stack coupons at Sloomb. We intentionally keep our prices low and affordable, especially when you order by the package. Packages are only available at Sloomb and these are the best price for our fitteds, though there is usually a wait.

Shipping

Domestic orders will ship within 3-5 business days, unless the item is on pre-order or we are having a sale/pre-orders are arriving. If it is a busy time for us, shipping may take up to 12 business days. All USPS packages include delivery confirmation which usually provides proof of the package being accepted into the system and final delivery, but is not a way of tracking a package. If you require tracking, please select Fedex or USPS as your carrier. All Fedex/UPS packages include $100 insurance coverage. US orders over $250 ship free via USPS. Free shipping for US customers may be shipped via first class, priority, or parcel post.

International orders will ship within 2 weeks unless we are experiencing a high volume of sales or pre-orders are shipping. We do ship to most countries worldwide - if you have questions, please contact us. International orders will be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail only.  We ship international packages once every 1-2 weeks.  Sustainablebabyish is offered in many countries.  If you don't see us in your local store, ask them to carry our line so that you too can enjoy shopping locally and avoiding high shipping and duty fees. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address you indicate during checkout. Canadian residents: as of March 2012, please order from one of our Canadian retailers.

Packaging
Please note that we now ship using recycled packaging. We either ship in reusable 100% biodegradable bags, mailers made of 100% recycled materials (50% post-consumer fibers), or 100% recycled boxes. You may also notice that some of your items arrive wrapped in green film - this is 100% biodegradable and protects the items in your order. Any additional packaging has been recycled.

Returns | Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 7 days if you would like to return your item or feel you have received a product with a manufacturing defect. Please fill out a return contact form here. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 7 days of placing your order to avoid being charged a restocking charge.  Returns will be available to the original purchaser only, minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. You will be issued an RMA number that must be written visibly on the outside of the package and is required for all returns/exchanges. 

Pre-orders can be canceled within 10 days of placing your order without a restocking fee by filling out a return contact form http://sloomb.com/contact-sloomb/ . As of 6/27/2011 all canceled orders beyond the 10 days will incur a restocking fee, as our fitteds are limited and made specially for you. 

Defective items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion within the first 30 days of purchase. 

For orders with multiple items, please test one first to make sure it fits properly – only unwashed and unworn items will be considered for return/echange. Natural/organic/sustainable fibers (wool/hemp/cotton/bamboo) fade, shrink, and otherwise change in appearance and texture with time and use depending on care and is in no way a defect of the product. Care for your products properly, be kind to them, and consider your energy use when determining your wash routine. If you plan on heavy use, please order accordingly.
We do not accept any returns/exchanges purchased from B/S/T or other platforms  – only purchases directly from sloomb.com with an original transaction number are eligible for a refund/exchange/replacement.
