SHIPPING: We do everything we can to ship items as close to the estimated ship date as possible, but there are sometimes delays. On the other hand, your order may ship before the date noted if we happen to have your items available.  If you have questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

COMBINED SHIPPING: If you are placing more than one pre-order for the same delivery date, please feel free to combine them. During checkout, please note your original order number and use code: COMBINE. The order will be held until all items in the order have been packed. Orders are filled in the order received.

CANCELLATIONS: Pre-orders can be canceled within 10 days of placing your order without a restocking fee by filling out a return contact form http://sloomb.com/contact-sloomb/ . All cancelled orders beyond the 10 days may only be cancelled for store credit.

INSTOCK ITEMS: If you would like in-stock items to ship now and your pre-ordered items to ship at a later date, please place two orders.

OH NO! I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE!?: Please contact us as quickly as possible and we will do everything we can to exchange the item prior to shipment. In most cases, this is an option, unless the item is final sale.

PRICING: The retail price of our knits have increased a bit, but as always, we did everything to keep the costs down on your end. It is important that we offer you an affordable choice in natural diapering in the same gorgeous wool you know and love. That is what we are about and what we know you expect. The pricing increase for all products will go into effect on 6/20/2013, please take advantage of the lower MSRP until then.

RETAILERS: Yes, retailers will have the option to carry the Summer wool line. If you would like your local store to order something specific, please let them know! Basewoolies will remain a Sloomb exclusive.
